I gotta give you a quick little history
I went to a prokiyo school for the first 12 years of my life and I think it might have been a bit overboard for me because every decision I made after I could have easily been confined to a confession booth.
I ended up getting pregnant before getting married.
And I’ll take a moment to pause for all my religious people to scoff… Done? Cool.
I tried really hard to get myself to the altar but I never made it. It was like runaway bride meets Brittany Spears.
I couldn't say I do and after 17 years of being engaged, I quit
I decided to become a single parent. Yes. All backwards.. To call this journey an adventure would be a huge understatement.
This shit got real messy real fast and as I tried to be thoughtful and considerate about this process, it seemed to never work out the way I envisioned it.
However, I have survived and I’m thriving and I’m grateful for all of the learnings.
Me and my guests will make you laugh your ass off or realize “Shit! That’s so me!”
We’re gonna make sure you know how to navigate this journey.

I created this podcast with the intention of making sure you know you’re not alone and to give you some solid takeaways from mine and my guest’s experiences.
We are going to cover what to do and definitely what not to do. Let me tell you, we have made all of the mistakes for you so you don’t have to.
